FABIAN GARCIA

Fabian Garcia, 91, passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024.

Mr. Garcia was born in Brownsville, Texas and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, of 66 years of marriage, Delia S. Garcia.
Sons, Victor Manuel Garcia, Fabian Garcia, Hector Hugo Garcia and Mario Alberto Garcia.
He is survived by his children, Maria Garcia Silva (David Williams), Martha Garcia Silva and Diana Laura Garcia.
Grandchildren, Elsa Rivera (Richie), Victor M. Garcia Jr., Mario Alberto Garcia, Frank Garcia, Ernie Garcia, Fabian Garcia, Olga Garcia, Hugo Garcia, Gabriela Garcia, Monica L. Lerma (Juventino), Felix F. Lerma Jr., Perla Chavarria (Carlos), Eduardo Chavarria (Vanessa), Janelle Casso (Jesus Salazar) , Melissa Lagunas (Katherine) and Emanuel Lagunas (Rachel).
Great grandchildren, Bianca Garcia, Brandy Garcia, Armis Garcia, Victor M. Garcia III, Valentina Arratea, Rosa Lagunas, Jianeysi Chavarria, Edilynn Chavarria, Eduardo Chavarria, Eanna Chavarria, Ethen Chavarria, Robert Rodriguez, Matthew Rodriguez, Crisabella Rodriguez and Andrew Salazar.
2 great-great-grandsons.

Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held on Monday, August, 19, 2024 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Holy Mass was celebrated at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed at the Laredo City Cemetery.
PALLBEARERS WERE: Victor M. Garcia Jr., Mario Alberto Garcia, Felix F. Lerma Jr.,Eduardo Chavarria Sr., Emanuel Lagunas, Roberto Torrez, Mathew Rodriguez and Eduardo Chavarria Jr.
HONORARY PALLBEARER: Jesus Salazar.
