FEDERICO MUÑOZ
Federico Muñoz, 79, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2020.
Mr. Muñoz was born in Brownsville, Texas and was a life long resident.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Domingo and Hortencia Muñoz.
His beloved wife, Macaria Muñoz.
Sister, Leonor Martinez.
Brothers, Alberto Muñoz and Roberto Martinez.
Niece, Eduvina Gomez Robles.
Grandparents, Jose Medina Saldaña and Maria Garza Saldaña.
He is survived by his children, Maria Hortencia (Armando) Martinez, Maria Diana (Ramiro) Flores, Monica Belinda Montoya Muñoz, Federico Munoz Jr and Joslynn Danielle Muñoz.
Numerous grandchildren.
Sisters, Guadalupe (Emmanuel) Galvan and Sylvia Muñoz Santillana.
Also surviving him are numerous other relatives and many friends.
Following the Ordinance by the State of Texas, visitations will be limited to 40 people inside our funeral home.
It is preferred for minor children not be allowed to attend services.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a religious service, officiated by Pastor Julio Patiño, will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
A chapel service will be held at the funeral home, at 10 a.m., on Wednesday, August 26, 2020. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
