FELIPE ARROYO Felipe Arroyo, 74, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 in Laredo, Texas. Mr. Arroyo was born in Mexico D.F. and had been a resident of Laredo for most of his life. He is preceded in death by his son, Felipe Arroyo, Jr. Father, Juan Manuel Arroyo. He is survived by his wife of 20 years of marriage, Norma Reyes. Daughters, Juana Azul Arroyo, Maria Arroyo and Laura (Michael) Saenz. 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Mother, Socorro Rosales. Brother, Miguel Arroyo. Sister, Claudia (Pili) Arroyo. In-Laws, Federico and Ana Maria Reyes. Also surviving him are numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2013 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. Funeral services will begin on 10 a.m. on Friday, May 10, 2013 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Laredo City Cemetery.
