FELIX BELMARES

Felix Belmares, 70, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2022.

Mr. Belmares was born in Alma Michigan and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Nicolas and Martina Belmares.

Sister, Esther Belmares Flores.

He is survived by his daughter, Melissa (Antonio) Cavazos.

Grandchildren, Nicolas Gonzalez, Samantha Cavazos and Antonio Cavazos IV.

Brother, Nicolas (Raquel) Belmares III.

Sisters, Emily (Arturo) Alva, Sylvia (Ray) Sanchez and Cynthia Belmares.

Common-law, Linda Rodriguez.

Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Friday, December 30, 2022 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels , 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . A chapel service, officiated by Rev. Deacon Leonard Aguillon, was held at the funeral home before committal services and interment, which followed at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Ricky Flores Jr., Sammy Flores Jr., Ruben Belmares, Artie Alva Jr., Nicholas Gonzalez and Rogelio Rodriguez.
