FLORENTINA GONZALEZ

Florentina Gonzalez, 67, passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024.

Mrs. Gonzalez was born in Grafton, North Dakota and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Pedro and Paula Molina

Her beloved husband, Jose Luis Gonzalez.

Son, Jose Angel Gonzalez.

Daughter, Esmeralda A. Gonzalez.

Son-in-Law, Raul Chavez.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Jose Angel Gonzalez Jr., Raul Chavez Jr., Nayelli A. Chavez, Johnathon (Casey) Molina and  Adreana Molina.

Step-children, Diana (Chris) Molina and Juan (Sara) Gonzalez.

Siblings, Maria Gonzalez, Antonia Sandoval, Chris (Diana) Molina, San Juanita Herrera, Linda (Luis) Lopez and Maria Molina.

Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2024. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Jose Angel Gonzalez, Jr., Raul Chavez Jr., Michael Sandoval, Jean Gonzalez,  Luis Lopez, Juan Felipe Gonzalez, Christobal Molina and Tomas Sandoval.

Honorary Pallbearers were: Nayeli A. Chavez, Andreana Molina and Johnathon Molina.
