Francisco Jose Corres' Obituary
FRANCISCO JOSE CORRES
Francisco Jose Corres, 62, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2016 in Laredo, Texas.
Mr. Corres was born in West Virginia and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
He was a veteran of the United States Army in which he served during the Vietnam War, from 1972 to 1975. He was decorated with the NDSM medal for his service.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Jaime Corres and Yolanda S. Corres.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Jaime Corres, Fernando Corres, Sergio Alejandro Corres, Bertha (Roberto) Garza, David Corres, Dr. Jorge Eduardo Corres and Jacqueline (Eduardo) Lozano.
Sister in law, Susana Artiaga.
Stepmother, Bertha Corres.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 14, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons East Chapel, 4500 Thomas Ave.
Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 15, 2016 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated 9:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery
