FRANCISCO "PANCHO" FLORES JR.
Mr. Francisco "Pancho" Flores Jr., passed away on November 01, 2019, at the age of 75.
God saw you getting tired
And a cure was not to be
So he put His arms around you
And whispered, "Come to me."
With tearful eyes we watched you
As you slowly slipped away
And though we loved you dearly
We couldn't make you stay.
Your golden heart stopped beating
Your tired hands put to rest
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best.
Mr. Flores was preceded in death by his mother, Margarita V. Flores.
Brother, Eulogio C. Flores.
Nephew, Brian Flores.
Mr. Flores is survived by his loving wife, of 20 years of marriage, Maria R. (Monchis) Lumbreras de Flores.
Daughter, Mayra A. Salinas-Navia.
Sister, Sara (Jorge) Gonzalez.
Also surviving him are his nephews and nieces, Jorge Jr. (Yolanda) Gonzalez, Claudia (Luis) Yepez, Jose (Johanna) Gonzalez and Margie (Joe) Gonzalez, along with many cousins, grand nieces and grand nephews.
For many years, Mr. Flores worked for the City of Laredo and Cabello Wrecker. He enjoyed his retirement tending to Flores Parking Lot, for the remainder of his years.
The Family would like to thank Dr. Mohsen Ghadimi Mahani along with the Staff at Laredo Nursing and Rehab Center, for the care they provided to Mr. Flores.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Religious Service, officiated by Pastor Sam Lopez, will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2019. A Chapel service will be officiated at 10:30 a.m. with committal services and interment, following at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
