FRANCISCO JAIMEZ Francisco "Pancho's Shoe Shine" Jaimez Francisco Jaimez, 75, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2014 at a local retirement home. Mr. Jaimez was born on October 4, 1938 in Irapuato, Guanajuato Mexico. Mr. Jaimez grew up in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas Mexico and had resided in Laredo, Texas for sometime. He is preceded in death by his father, Juan Jaimes Rojas, also by his mother, Timotea Jaimes Cuellar and by his sister, Angela Jaimes de Diaz. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years of marriage, Eva Jaimez. Sons, Francisco Jaimez, Jr., and wife, Claudia Jaimez and Joel Jaimez and wife, Olga Jaimez. Siblings, Evangelina Valero, Samuel Jaimez, Maria DelaRosa, Esteban Jaimes, Raquel Zamarripa, Isaac Jaimes, Zacarias Jaimes, Juan Jaimes, Jr. and Martha Lorena Jaimes. Grandchildren, Abiram A. Jaimez and wife, Belgica Jaimez, Benjamin Jaimez and wife, Yanira Jaimez, Nathanel A. Jaimez, Priscilla Jaimez, Joel Josue Jaimez and Janai Jaimez. Great-grandchildren, Samantha, Abiram A., Madison, Jason and Anthony. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8, 2014 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Religious Service will be held at 7 p.m. officiated by Elder Abraham Martinez in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons East Chapel, 4500 Thomas Ave. A Chapel service will begin at 9 a.m. officiated by Elder Abraham Martinez on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 departing from the funeral home chapel Committal services and interment will immediately follow the service in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
