FRANCISCO "PANCHO" SOLANO

Francisco "Pancho" Solano, age 85, was born May 19, 1939 in Dolores, Texas. A life long resident of Laredo, Texas, he passed away on August 19, 2024 surrounded by his loved ones.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Viviano and Viviana Solano.
Brother, Viviano Solano Jr.
Sister, Maria De Jesusa Vigil.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 55 years of marriage, Sanjuana Del Pilar Solano.
Children, Santos (Linda) Solano, Maria Del Rosario Mendoza, Magdalena (Juan) Santa Maria, Juan Francisco (Lucy) Solano, Irene (Tony) Vera, Israel (Jessica) Solano and Claudia Solano.
He is a loving grandfather of Ruby, Gabriel, Angelica, Tiffany, Roxie, Genaro, Samantha, Matthew, Valerie, Priscilla, Joshua, Allie S., Mikayla, Lucas, Allie V, Antonio, Abigail, Anthony, Chelsie, Jazelle, Bailey, Malaki. Followed by 22 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
He is also survived by his two sisters Juana Garza and Ana Gallegos, numerous other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, August 23, 2024 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . A Religious Service was held in the funeral home chapel officiated by by Anciano Manuel Hernandez before committal services and interment which followed at the Laredo City Cemetery.
PALLBEARERS WERE: Israel Solano, Anthony Solano, Gabriel Solano, Juan Solano, Joshua Solano, Genaro Mendoza, Matthew Mendoza and Johnny Santamaria.
