GABRIEL RIVERA Gabriel Rivera, 34, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2013. Mr. Rivera was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a life long resident. He is preceded in death by his mother, Blasa Carrillo. Father, Juan Jose Rivera. Sister, Blasa Carrillo. He is survived by his loving wife, Bianca Rivera. Daughter, Dayanara Rivera and by his son, Gabriel Rivera, Jr. Parents-in-Law, Jose Juan Rocha and Sylvia Rocha. Brothers-in-Law, Jose Juan (Blanca) Rocha, Hector Rocha, Arnoldo Rocha, Armando Rocha and Jose Juan Rocha, III. Also surviving him are Martin Lopez, Jr. and American Villarreal, Ismael Lopez and Maria Guadalupe Martinez, Elvis Lopez and Jeanette Herrera, Juan Jose Rivera, Jr. and Dina Rivera, Cynthia Carrillo and La Toya Carrillo, Juan Arazno (Pony) Rivera, Tracy Rivera, Olivia Rivera and Elvira Castillo. Grandmother, Blasa Rivera. Uncles, Roberto Rivera and Ricardo Rivera. Also, Alicia Carrillo, Olga Carrillo, Marie and Arnulfo Soto and Hector and Sandra Patino. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2013 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. A Chapel service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 11, 2013 in the funeral home chapel Committal services and interment immediately follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
