GERARDO BERNAL
Gerardo Bernal, 54, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2020, at a local hospital.
Mr. Bernal was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Antonio Bernal and San Juana Bernal.
He is survived by his loving wife, Annabelle G. Bernal.
Children, Gerardo (Leonor) Bernal Jr., Anna Kristina (Benito) Medina and Amanda Bernal (James Moore)
Grandchildren, David, Antonio, Jacob, Isaiah, Natalie, Gerardo, Leonor and Baby Kristina.
Brothers, Antonio, (Gloria) Bernal Jr., Juan (San Juana) Bernal, Javier (Maria) Bernal and Gabriel Bernal.
Sister, Irma Bernal (Rene Ramirez).
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel on Thursday, August 20, 2020. Holy Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Information regarding the funeral services departure time and Holy MAss hour may be obtained by calling the funeral home at (956) 723-2979.
