GERARDO VASQUEZ
Gerardo Vasquez, 58, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2020 in Laredo, Texas.
Mr. Vasquez was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Alicia Vasquez.
Brother, Alfonso "Poncho" Vasquez Jr.
He is survived by his children, Erica Vasquez, Jerry (Perla) Vasquez, Alfonso (Norma) Vasquez, Alicia Vasquez, Gerardo Alfonso Vasquez and Hector Antonio Vasquez.
7 grandchildren.
Father, Alfonso Vasquez.
Sister, Sandra (Joe) De Hoyos.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Following the Ordinance by the State of Texas, visitations will be limited to 40 people inside our funeral home.
It is preferred for minor children not be allowed to attend services.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 1, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapel, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 9 a.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2021. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at San Martin De Porres Catholic Church. Committal services will be held on a later date.
