GERONIMO "GERRY" SOTO JR.
Geronimo "Gerry" Soto Jr., 51, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2020 at a local hospital.
Mr. Soto was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a lifelong resident of Laredo, Texas.
Geronimo "Gerry" Soto Jr. was a wonderful loving son whom spend most of his time dedicating it to his mother and wife. His long time interests were his cars and passion for metal music. for those who knew him he was a simple, quiet person but his biggest attribute was his immense love for those close to him. He was an amazing person whom will be missed dearly. you will always live in my heart and I will always carry the long time memories we build together—"your sweetie"
He is preceded in death by his father, Geronimo Soto Sr.
Brother, Martin Soto.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 21 years of marriage, Lisa Marie Gonzalez.
Mother, Romana L. Soto.
Nephews, Aldo Gerardo Gonzalez and Anthony Iyan Gonzalez.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Following the Ordinance by the State of Texas, visitation will be limited to 25 % of capacity inside our funeral home.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, May 21, 2020 departing from the
Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave.
Holy Mass was celebrated at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
PALLBEARERS WERE: Aldo O. Gonzalez, Aldo G. Gonzalez, Armando Cardenas, Cristobal Martinez, Rigoberto Lopez, Gilberto Lopez, Roberto Soto and Ricardo Soto.
