GILBERTO HUMBERTO GARZA Gilberto Humberto Garza, 73, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2015, at a local hospital. Mr. Garza was born in Dolores, Texas and had been a long life resident. He is preceded in death by his Son, Jesus Domingo Garza. Parents, Mr. and Mrs. Antonio H.and Anita P. Garza. Brothers, Juan Garza and Ricardo Garza. He is survived by his loving wife, of 44 years of marriage, Juana Garza. Sons and Daughters, Lydia Garza, Gilberto H. (Wendy) Garza Jr. and Sandra L. (Pablo Jr.) Castro. Ten Grandchildren and one Great-Grandaughter. Brothers and Sisters, Antonio (Simona) Garza, Carolina (Efrain) Gutierrez, Anita (Adolfo) Garcia, Diana ( Enrique) Nunez, Alicia (Santana+) Rodriguez, Rosa (Dionicio) Estrada, Ramiro Garza, Alejandro Garza and Fernando Garza. Also surviving him are numerous Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 30, 2015, from 4 to 9 pm and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2015 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
