GLORIA V. VASQUEZ
Gloria V. Vasquez, 81,
Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Great-Great Grandmother, passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, April 3, 2025. Leaving behind a void that will be deeply felt.
She is preceded in death by her husband Felix Vasquez, Son, Baby Felix Vasquez Jr., her parents Luis Angel and Soledad Vargas. Great-granddaughter Aime Garcia, Great-grandson Oscar Rios Jr, brothers Jesus Vargas, Pedro Vargas, sisters Estela Sanchez, Elvia Gonzalez, and son in-law Daniel Cruz.
Left to honor her memory, her Children Celinda Vasquez, Juan Vasquez (Susana), Gloria V. Zarate (Jaime), Araceli Cruz (Daniel+) and Sonia Easton (Robert).
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Celinda L. Montes, Susana Y. Carrizales, Gloria E. Vasquez, Celina A. Alvarez, Felix J. Zarate, Juan Vasquez Jr., Sonya N. Easton. Brigitte D. Zarate, Daniel Cruz Jr., Robert K. Easton Jr, April Vasquez, Danelly Cruz, Jannie M. Easton, Agustin J. Zarate Jr., Jennifer Cruz, and Natalie J. Easton.
Her Great-grandchildren, Sonny E. Vasquez, Rafael Mendoza III, Johnny E. Rodriguez, Julio C. Carrizales, Kayce M. Mendoza, Roger Mendoza, Kenneth Garcia, Aubrey J. Carrizales, Leah Garcia, Kamila A. Alvarez, Felix J. Zarate Jr, Jose J. Alvarez Jr, Gianna A. Campos, Alicia Vasquez, Avianne E. San Miguel, Adalyn G. Campos, Felix Vasquez, Arely G, San Miguel, and Great-great grandson Juan D. Vasquez.
The family would also like to extend their gratitude to the following people: Dr. Carlos Casa, Dr. B. Nann, Dr. Carlos Cigarroa and all the staff of Lalita's Ambulance Care.
Funeral services were held on Friday, April 11, 2025 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St.on San Bernardo Ave . Holy Mass was celebrated at Nuestra Señora del Rosario Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
PALLBEARERS WERE: Juan Vasquez Jr., Robert K. Easton Jr., Daniel Cruz Jr., Felix J. Zarate, Agustin J. Zarate Jr., Kenneth Garcia, Sonny E. Vasquez and Rafael Mendez III.
