GRACIELA S. CASTANEDA Graciela S. Castaneda, 65, passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2013 at a local hospital. Mrs. Castaneda was born in Monterrey, Mexico and had been a life long resident of Laredo, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Dolores Saucedo. Spouse, Francisco Castaneda. Brothers, Francisco Saucedo and Jose Saucedo. She is survived by her children, Francisco Castaneda Jr., Jose Castaneda, Raul Castaneda, Maria Graciela Castaneda (Juan Hernandez), Maria Dolores Castaneda (Richard Guerra), Maria L. Castaneda, Daniel (Maricela) Castaneda, Adriana Castaneda (Noe Rangel), Diana Castaneda (Juan Miguel Monroy) and Linda Hinojosa (Francisco Bais Jr.). 27 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Sisters, Felicitas Saucedo Ramos, Olivia (Domingo) Cristerna and Socorro Saucedo Ramos. Brother, Jose Tomas Saucedo Ramos. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 1, 2013 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin on Tuesday morning at 8:05 a.m., July 2, 2013 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services will be held at a later date.
