MR. GUADALUPE CLAUDIO Mr. Guadalupe Claudio, 81, passed away on Friday, October 19, 2012 at a local hospital. Mr. Claudio was born in Tlacuitapa, Jalisco Mexico and had been a resident of Laredo, Texas for sometime. He is preceded in death by his son, Gustavo Claudio and also by his daughter, Maria Isabel Martinez. He is survived by his loving wife, Rebecca Claudio. Children, Miguel (Rosa) Claudio, Jose Antonio (San Juanita) Claudio, David (Dinorah) Claudio, Jaime (Jackie) Claudio, Melida (David) Garcia, Raquel (Guadalupe) Ulloa, Eloisa Lerma, Maria Luisa (Antonio) Saavedra and Sandra (Saul) Duenez. Son-in-Law, Bladamir Martinez. 31 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren. Siblings, Antonio Claudio, Benjamin Claudio, Jose Luis Claudio, Feliciano Claudio, Paula Elizondo, Esther Segoviano and Reynalda Garcia. Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 22, 2012 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Southside Chapels, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at San Vicente De Paul Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
