GUADALUPE GARZA
Guadalupe Garza, 82, passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at a local hospital.
Miss Garza was born in Bentonville, Texas and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her son, Alejandro Guzman.
She is survived by her spouse, Luis Leyva.
Her children, Rosa Linda Guzman, Elida Raquel Venegas, Maria Elena Reyes, Alejandro Guzman, Leticia Guzman Gutierrez, Graciela Ester Esparza, Juanita Galindo, Arturo Guzman, Sandra Leyva, Diana Melinda Ramos, Jose Luis Leyva, Olga Lydia Gonzalez, Eduardo Leyva and Brenda Leyva.
Several grandchildren.
Also surviving her are her brother, sister, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 departing from the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
A Liturgy of the Word, officiated by Rev. Deacon Jerry Morales was held in the funeral home chapel. Committal services and interment followed in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
PALLBEARERS WERE: Eddie Leyva, Jose Leyva, Hector Gutierrez, Juan Rodriguez, Miguel Guzman, Alex Villa, Sandy Viera and Hector Gutierrez.
