GUADALUPE GUEVARA
Mr. Guadalupe Guevara, 76, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2020.
Mr. Guevara was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.
He was a veteran of the United States Army, who served during the Vietnam War, and was Honorably Discharged. He was duly awarded with the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal w/ DVC 60, Good Conduct Medal and with the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal. He served as a Water supply Specialist Watermaster for the NHC 10th Engineer BN. He will be dearly missed by all whose lives he touched.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Vidal and Felipa Guevara.
Sister, San Juana Moreno.
He is survived by his brother, Carlos Julian Guevara (Lydia Guevara).
Sister, Maria Luisa Gonzalez (Jose Luis Gonzalez) and Gloria Padilla.
Also surviving him are numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends.
Committal services will be held on a later date.
Services are under the direction of Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
