MR. GUADALUPE MANUEL JASSO Mr. Guadalupe Manuel Jasso, 90, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013 at a local hospital. Mr. Jasso was born in Guerrero, Tamaulipas Mexico and had been a resident of Laredo, Texas for most of his life. He is preceded in death by his parents, Librado and Dolores Jasso. Children: San Juanita Jasso and Guadalupe Manuel Jasso Jr. Siblings, Ines Valadez, Aurelio Jasso, Andrea Maldonado, Florencio Jasso, Severa Contreras, Cecilio Jasso, Trinidad Jasso, Antonia Cuellar and Francisco Roberto Jasso. He is survived by his loving wife, Angelica G. Jasso Children, Mario (Lourdes) Jasso, Yolanda (Antonio) Salinas Jr., Elodia (Mario) Maldonado, Enedelia (Raymundo) Martinez 15 Grandchildren, 25 Great-grandchildren, and 2 Great-great grandchildren. Also surviving him are numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives, and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Southside Chapels, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2013 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. at the San Vicente De Paul Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
