GUADALUPE LOPEZ
Guadalupe Lopez, 71, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022.
Mrs. Lopez was born in Rodriguez, N.L., Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Prudencio and Francisca Villanueva.
Husband, Roman Lopez.
Brother, Juan Villanueva.
Sisters, Herminia Ibarra and Felipa Ibarra.
She is survived by her son, Jose Ricardo (Sandra) Lopez.
Grandchildren, Jael Lopez and Alyssa Lopez.
Siblings, Jesus (Guadalupe Cruz) Villanueva, Maria (Alberto Garcia) Villanueva, Emilio (Marcelina Mendoza) Villanueva, Gloria (Pedro Rios) Villanueva, Araceli (Juan Nava) Villanueva, Susana (James) Smith, Cruz (Jose Aldaco) Villanueva and Manuela Villanueva.
Nephews, Jorge Villanueva, Wendy Villanueva, Jeanette Villanueva and Fernando Villanueva.
Sister-in-Law, Enedina Mendoza.
Also surviving are numerous other nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held on Friday, January 14, 2022 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Holy Mass was celebrated at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
PALLBEARERS WERE: Jorge Villanueva, Jael Lopez, Jose Lopez, Juan Jose Lopez Contreras, Isaac Garcia and Emilio Villanueva.
