GUADALUPE RIVERA

Guadalupe Rivera, 86, passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2017 in Laredo, Texas.
Mrs. Rivera was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a lifelong resident.
he is preceded in death by her parents, Herculano and Guadalupe Guevara.
Daughter, Acenette B. Garcia.
Granddaughter, Estrellita Garcia.
Great-granddaughter, Avery Alcorta.
Brothers, Baldomero (Josefina) Guevara, Daniel (Amelia) Guevara and Santiago (Mercedes) Guevara.
Sister, Ernestina (Pablo) Castro.
Brother-in-law, Manuel Gomez.
She is survived by her loving husband, Roberto Rivera.
Children, Elva (Juan) Soto, Ruben Vasquez, Raul (Irene) Huerta, Carolina (Hector) Reyes, Juanita (Jose) Nieto, Jesus Jaime Huerta. and Consuelo Huerta.
31 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
Sister, Estela Gomez.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal Services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
