Obituary

MRS. GUADALUPE M. SOSA
Mrs. Guadalupe M. Sosa was called by the Lord on Sunday, June 11, 2017, at the age of 93.
Mrs. Sosa was born to Mr. Guadalupe Morales and Mrs. Paulita Morales on May 24, 1924.
She had been a life long resident of Laredo, Texas.
Mrs. Sosa was a loving and caring person and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose Ines Sosa.
She is survived by her children, Dr. Jose I. Sosa Jr., Julio Cesar (Gloria) Sosa, Francisco Javier (Alicia) Sosa and Pauline Sosa.
Grandchildren, Julio  Cesar (Maggie) Sosa Jr., Rolando Javier (Vanessa) Sosa and Ricardo Jose (Zenaida) Sosa.
Great-grandchildren, Rolando Javier Sosa, Julio Cesar Sosa III, Joanne Sosa, Jacob Sosa and Lily Nicole Sosa.
Siblings, Maria de la Cruz Flores Garcia, Josefina Garcia, Juan Jose Garcia and Noe Antonio Garcia.
Also surviving her are numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, East Chapel, 4500 Thomas Ave. Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2017 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow in the Laredo City Cemetery.
