MISS. GUADALUPE VILLANUEVA Miss Guadalupe Villanueva, 92, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 in San Antonio, Texas. Miss Villanueva was born in Laredo, Texas and had been resident for most of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents. Sister, Maria Luisa (Julian) Luna, Tomas (Marina) Garcia, Blanca G. (Raul) Macias, Graciela (Juan) Alonzo, Felipe (Elsa) Garcia, Ana Lilia (Brian) Donnell, Cordelia (Epifanio) Molina and Ramon (Michelle) Garcia. Also numerous great-great nieces, great-great nephews, numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2011 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, November 21, 2011 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
