GUILLERMINA LOPEZ Guillermina Lopez, 57, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at a local hospital. Guillermina Lopez was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas Mexico and had been a resident of Laredo, Texas for most of her life. She was preceded in death by her mother, Alicia A. Lopez and also by her nephew, Wilhelm A. Lopez. She is survived by her son, Alessio Lopez. Father, Efrain Lopez Sr. Brother, Efrain (Diana) Lopez Jr. Sisters, Georgina Lopez Oceguera and Alicia E. (Hugo) Gonzalez. Nephews and Nieces, Jorge (Tina) Oceguera, Walleska (Raul) Torres, Afsaneh Oceguera, Diana P. Gonzalez, Christina (Robert) Trevino, Amber (Rogelio) Almanza, Karen B. Gonzalez, Efrain Lopez III, Heathcliff A. Lopez and Nadja T. Lopez. Also numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 20, 2012 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8:05 a.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2012 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
