GUILLERMO B. ORTIZ

Guillermo B. Ortiz, 90, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023.

Mr. Ortiz was born in Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by parents, Julian and Faustina Ortiz.

His beloved wife, Maria Evelia Ortiz.

Also preceding him are his brothers.

He is survived by his children, Juan Guillermo (Gilda) Ortiz, Imelda Patricia Ortiz and Jose (Elisa) Ortiz.

Grandchildren, Guillermo (Annalin) Ortiz, Guilda (Jose) Inzunza, Jose Eduardo Ortiz, Daniela (Juan Manuel) Vazquez and Diego Adrian Ortiz.

Great granddaughter, Sienna Inzunza.

Sisters, Consuelo Gonzalez and Popina Guevara.

Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Holy Mass was celebrated at San Patrick Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Jose Arnulfo Ortiz, Juan Guillermo Ortiz, Jose Eduardo Ortiz, Diego Adrian Ortiz, Guillermo Ortiz Jr., Juan Manuel Vasquez, Jose P. Inzunza and Daniela Ortiz.
