Harvey James Chessler passed away on October 28, 2026, at the age of 83. He was born on November 26, 1942.

Harvey was a general practice doctor who served in Guadalajara and in Texas. Through his work in medicine, he devoted himself to caring for others and helping those in need.

Since 2021, Harvey had resided at Las Alturas Nursing and Transitional Care. He will be dearly missed by his Las Alturas family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Herman Chessler, and his mother, Sylvia Chessler.

Harvey is survived by his brother, Dr. Richard Chessler and by his sister-in-law, Laura Chessler. May his memory bring comfort to all who knew him and cared for him.
