HECTOR PEREZ JIMENEZ
A handsome, strong and dedicated father.
Hector Perez Jimenez, 87, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2020, in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Mr. Jimenez was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Soon after meeting his wife, Consuelo, they raised their four daughters in Laredo, TX. In 1980, they moved to their forever home in Corpus Christi., TX
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Candelaria Perez Jimenez.
His beloved wife, Consuelo Perez.
Sister, Maria Del Pilar Guerrero.
Brothers, Ignacio (Yolanda) Perez Jimenez, Pedro (Aminda) Perez Jimenez and Jose (Maria) Perez Jimenez.
He is survived by his children, Gloria Rodriguez, Raquel Garcia, Candy (Jaime) Rios and Consuelo (Jeff) Larioz.
Grandchildren, Christina Marie (Raudel) Medina, Brenda Michelle Garcia (Michael Guyton), Peter Garcia, Michael Garcia, Jaime (Charity) Rios, Hector Rios, Francisco Javier Larioz, Deedee Larioz and 5 great grandchildren.
Brothers, Rogelio (Armandina) Perez Jimenez, Francisco (Toña) Perez Jimenez and Luis (Lourdes) Perez Jimenez.
Brother-in-law, Juan Guerrero.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Following the Ordinance by the State of Texas, visitation will be limited to 25 % of capacity inside our funeral home.
It is preferred that minor children not be allowed to attend services.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel on Friday, May, 22, 2020. Holy Mass will be celebrated at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Information with regard to the funeral service departure time and Holy Mas hour may be obtained by calling the funeral home at (956) 723-2979.
