HILBERTO DE LA ROSA

Hilberto De La Rosa, 76, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2024 in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. De La Rosa was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Anastacia de la Rosa.
Sons, Gilberto De La Rosa and Gil Valentin De La Rosa.
Sister, Gloria De La Rosa.
Brother, Juan De La Rosa.

He is survived by his loving wife,  of 48 years of marriage, Maria Teresa De La Rosa Rodriguez.
Children, Blanca (Noe Salazar) Esquivel, Joel Esquivel, Mario (Lili) Esquivel, Erica (Alberto) Pedraza, Vanessa (Salvador) Martinez and Gil Francisco (Arlene) De La Rosa.
27 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Sister, Alma De La Rosa.

Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 20, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. at the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Southside Chapel, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Santo Nino Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
