HILDA C. DE LA ROSA
Hilda C. De La Rosa, 78, passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022, at a local hospital.
Mrs. De La Rosa was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lauro and Aurora Collazo.
Her beloved husband, Jose Luis De La Rosa Sr.
Brother, Lauro Collazo.
Sister, Otila Lira.
She is survived by her children, Jose L. De La Rosa, Lauro (Genoveva) De La Rosa, Anna L. Martinez and Linda De La Rosa.
16 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren.
Brothers, Pedro (Paula) Collazo and Juan Manuel (Alicia) Collazo.
Sister, Guadalupe Patiño.
Also surviving her are nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave
. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:05 a.m. on Wednesday, January 26, 2022. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
