HORACIO CHARLES JR. Horacio Charles Jr., 34, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 in Laredo, Texas. Mr. Charles was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. He is preceded by his maternal grandparents, Margarito Garcia and Dora Castaneda. He is survived by his wife, Dulce C. Charles. Children, Kimberly Serrano, Edgar Serrano Jr., Angel Serrano and Victor Manuel Serrano. Brothers and Sisters, Dora Alicia Charles and Noe Barron, Maribel Charles and Carlos Martinez, Veronica Janeth Charles and Juan Luis Guerrero, Alejandro Enrique (Mayra) Charles and Jose Manuel (Crystal) Charles. Also surviving nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2012 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8 a.m. on Friday, September 14, 2012 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Laredo City Cemetery.
