HORACIO MENDEZ JR.

Horacio Mendez Jr., 33, passed away in Houston, Texas on Friday, August 2, 2024.

Mr. Mendez was born in Laredo, Texas and was a resident of Houston, Texas at the time of his passing.

He is preceded in death by his father, Horacio Mendez Sr.
Maternal Grandfather, Jose Luis Perales.
Maternal Grandmother, Francisca Yolanda Padilla.
Raised as his brother, Juan Francisco Seca.
He is survived by his children, Ayden Mendez and Asher Davis.
Mother, Veronica Angeles Perales.
Brother, Erick Ramirez, Horacio Mendez and Guillermo Ramirez.
Sister, Roxana Melinda (Raul) Rojas.

Also surviving him are cousins, nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Friday, August 16, 2024 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Holy Mass was celebrated at Christ The King Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Joe Perales, Ayden Mendez, Robert Perales, Erick Ramirez, Guillermo Ramirez, Stephanie Garcia, David Estrada and Horacio Mendez.
