Hortencia G. Garcia, 90, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2026.

Mrs. Garcia was born in Monterrey, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

She is survived by her children, Hortencia Vargas and Delia Valdes.

Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Also surviving her are numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services are under the direction of Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St., Laredo, Texas.
