MR. INEZ SALDAñA
Mr. Inez Saldaña, 88, passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at a local hospital.
Mr. Saldaña was born in Anahuac, N.L., Mexico and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Inez V. Saldaña.
He is survived by his children, Juanita S. (Gonzalo) Gonzalez, Hilda (Jose) Niño and Benito (Ana Berta) Saldaña.
Grandchildren, Hilda Brenda (Manuel) Saenz, Cynthia B. (Santiago) Gonzalez, Ana Berta Saldaña, Vanessa (Jose) Izaguirre, Benito Saldaña Jr.
Great-grandchildren, Briana Saenz, Manuel Saenz, Santiago Ayala and Jaclynn Izaguirre.
Siblings, Blas Saldaña, Mario Saldaña, Margarita Saldaña
, Humberto Saldaña and Isidoro Saldaña.
Also surviving him are nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, June 10, 2016 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at San Vicente De Paul Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
