JAIME NUÑEZ

Jaime Nuñez, 71, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2022.

Mr. Nuñez was born in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Salvador and Maria Elena Nuñez.

Brother, Salvador Nuñez.

He is survived by his loving wife, of 50 years of marriage, Irma Nuñez.

Children, Jaime (Wendy) Nuñez and Gabriela (Juan) Cavazos.

5 grandchildren.

Brothers, Pedro (Lety) Nuñez, Carlos (Norma) Nuñez and Javier (Christian) Nuñez.

Sisters, Elva Martinez, Elena Valadez, Elida Gutierrez, Mireya Gutierrez, Monica Guzman and Thelma Corales.

Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. A chapel services, officiated by Rev. Deacon Leonard Aguillon, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 21, 2022. Committal services will be held on a later date.
