JAMES MARVIN APPLING JR. James Marvin Appling Jr., 56, Born in San Antonio, Texas passed away Friday, November 9, 2012 at a local hospital. He was a loving husband, brother, friend, Avid hunter and fisher. Mr. Appling worked with Laredo ISD for 25 years first at central office with federal programs and then at Lamar Middle School. He is preceded in death by his parents James M. Appling and Mary Margarte Appling. He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years of marriage Sarah Lynn Appling. Brothers Donald C. (Reyes) Appling of Corpus Christi, TX. Sisters Cindy Louise Appling (Michel) of Hahira, Georgia, Patsy Ludwig (Bill) of Bastrop, Tx. Joann Martin of Lavernia, Tx., Mary Jacueline Taylor of Austin, Tx. and Tnudy Quick of Galveston, Tx. Nephews Carey Appling and Michael Appling. Niece Ashley R. Mason. Uncles Carey Appling of Forest City, N.C. and Tommy Appling of Tilden, TX. Sisters and brother in-laws Jesse (Lorraine) Hines, Jorge (Lamar) Orduna, Ross (Lillian) Swisher, Terry (Linda) Boyd, Ernest (Linda) Salinas and Selene Salinas. Aunt and Uncle in-laws Emily Jane Kenna, B.A. (Bertha) Piug, James W. (Ann) Puig and Priscilla (Serafin) Oberton. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at 9 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church and a Rosary will be held at 9:30 a.m. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m.
