Obituary

JAMES G. ORR
James G. Orr, 59, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at a local hospital.
Mr. Orr was born in Canton, Illinois and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
He was employed first in the oilfield industry, for numerous years, then he worked in the construction industry and later enjoyed trucking until his retirement. Mr. Orr was a great outdoorsman who loved to travel and loved fishing. He also loved to cook and grill for his family. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Katherine Margaret O. Orr.
Brother, Robert Orr.
Half Sister, Linda Walker.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 33 years of marriage, Thelma V. Orr.
Daughter, Jacklyn M. Orr.
Sister, Sharon Orr.
Brothers, Rick Orr, William Orr and Rodney Orr.
Also surviving him are nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
Services are under the direction of Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Committal services will be held on a later date.
