BABY JESLYN NICOLE MARTINEZ
Baby Jeslyn Nicole Martinez, passed away on Friday, November 9, 2018 at a local hospital.
She is survived by her parents, Jesus Humberto Martinez and Evelyn Vaquera.
Brother, Ian Alexis Martinez.
Paternal grandparents, Jorge Eliud Martinez and Maria Teresa Martinez.
Maternal grandparents, Juan J. Vaquera and Maria Gonzalez.
Also surviving her are other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and a Liturgy of the Word will be officiated at 11 a.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Committal services and interment will follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
