JESUS R. GARCIA
Mr. Jesus R. Garcia, 99, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2020 in Laredo, Texas.
Mr. Garcia was born in Candela Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Petra G. Garcia.
Parents, Jesus and Anastacia Garcia.
Son, Jesus Garcia Jr.
Daughter-in-Law, Rosa Maria Garcia.
Brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his children, Zulema Garcia, Mercedes (Santos) Ibarra, Blanca (Ismael) Martinez, Maria Teresa (Arturo) Garcia, Roberto Garcia and Araceli (Gilberto) Lopez.
Daughter-in-Law, Margarita Garcia.
22 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Following the Ordinance by the State of Texas, Visitations will be limited to 40 people inside our funeral home.
It is preferred for minor children not be allowed to attend services.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 9 a.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2020. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at St. John Neumann Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
