JORGE GUTIERREZ Jorge Gutierrez, 34, passed away on Friday, November 28, 2014 at a local hospital. Mr. Gutierrez was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Pedro Gutierrez. Sister-in-Law, Irasema Varela. He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years of marriage, Brisa Lizette Gutierrez. Children, Jubilee Brizette Gutierrez and Juliette Belen Gutierrez. Siblings, Basil Melvin (Alicia) Gutierrez, Jose Roberto (Nora) Gutierrez, Patricia (Juan) Mariscal and Pedro Alberto (Lizette) Gutierrez. Mother, Rosa Maria Gutierrez. Mother-in-Law, Sara Morales. Brothers and Sisters-in-Law, Jose Luis (Anita) Varela, Luis Leobardo Varela, David Everardo (Rita) Betancourt, Jessica Jenette (John) Morales. Nephews and Nieces, Adriana Gutierrez, Destiny Gutierrez, Patricia Mariscal, Melina Mariscal, Rosa Mariscal, Carlos Mariscal, Francisco Javier Martinez, Pedro Alberto Gutierrez, III., Amanda Varela, Joey Varela, Destiny Varela, Diracena Varela, Luis Leobardo Varela, II., David Betancourt, Daniel Betancourt, Derek Betancourt, Gerardo Villarreal and Julianna Faith Brulloth. Also surviving him are numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons East Chapel, 4500 Thomas Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services will be held at a later date.
