JOSE PONCE Ⅲ

Jose Ponce III, 51, passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2024.

Mr. Ponce was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Jessica Ivette Ponce.
Maternal grandparents, Eduardo and Maria Luisa Ibarra.
Paternal grandparents, Jose and Jacinta Ponce Sr.
He is survived by his parents, Jose Ponce Jr. and Juanita Irma Ibarra.
His children, Savannah Peña, Jose (Kassandra) Ponce IV, Jonathan Noel Ponce, Luis Eduardo (Rowan) Ponce, Sarinah Joy Ponce (Frank Ybarra III), Leah Nora Ponce (Jorge Diaz Jr.)
6 grandchildren.
Sister, Jennifer Ann (Emilio) Ponce.
Niece/goddaughter, Vianey Perez.
Aunt, Ina Concepcion Ibarra.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held on Friday, December 20, 2024 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Holy Mass was celebrated at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services will be held on a later date.
PALLBEARERS WERE: Savannah Pena, Jonathan Noel Ponce, Juan Eduardo De Luna, Joe Aguilar, Carlos Lopez, Freddy Rivera, Sandra Arreola and Eduardo Ibarra Jr.
HONORARY PALLBEARERS: Jose Ponce Jr., Luis Eduardo Ponce, Jose Ponce IV, Calixtro Ponce and Jobe Ray Ponce.
