Jose Alvarado Jr., 79 years old, of Laredo, Texas passed away August 8, 2022. He was born in Robstown, Texas to the late Jose Alvarado and Maria Villanueva.

Jose Alvarado was preceded in death by his wife, Julia J. Alvarado and Son, Daniel Alvarado.

He is survived by his children, Paula (Reynaldo Ramos), Jose Fco (Maria Esmeralda) Alvarado, Julia J. Alvarado, Raul (Maria Teresa) Alvarado and Maria de la Cruz Alvarado.

Grandchildren, Reynaldo Raul Ramos Jr., Reynaldo Rodrigo Ramos, Jose Fco Alvarado, Guillermo Alvarado, Marco Antonio Alvarado, Julia Graciela Alvarado, Klarissa Lizette Alvarado, Karina Ashley Alvarado, Raul Alvarado and Katherine Marie Alvarado.

Still loved by Great grandchildren, Family and Friends.

The Family would like to express a special Thank You to Las Palmas Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation (Cotulla, Texas) Staff and Administrators, Ms. Gaby Simon and Ms. Rita Adams.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 14, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, August 15, 2022. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
