Jose Guadalupe "El Gallo" Arroyo

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved father and friend, Jose Guadalupe "El Gallo" Arroyo, who left us on the 8th of June 2024 at the age of 59 peacefully in his sleep.

To commemorate his life and the memories we cherish, a service will be held at Hernandez Lopez & Sons Funeral Chapel in Laredo, Texas on the 15th of June 2024 from 4-9pm. We welcome all who knew him to join us in celebrating the life of a man who was loved deeply and will be missed.

His passion for working on vehicles was unmatched as evidenced by his many years of service as a master mechanic. He worked in various businesses in Laredo and within racing circuits in both the United States and Mexico.

He is survived by Herlinda Arroyo and their children Samantha Prince-Perez (and her husband, Daniel); Jose Guadalupe Arroyo Jr. (and his wife, Summer Lily); Elizabeth Arroyo (and her partner, Jaime); Alejandra Garza; and his grandchild Ave who will continue to honor his legacy. He is also survived by numerous siblings, nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Funeral Chapels, 800 Boston St. and San Bernardo Ave.
