Our beloved Father and Grandfather, Jose Luis Ramirez de Anda, known fondly as "El Tiburon," peacefully joined the Lord surrounded by his family on June 12, 2024, in San Antonio, TX. Born on September 4, 1951, in Laredo, TX, he spent his life as a dedicated resident and successful businessman in the car sales industry. He was cherished by many for his kindness and warmth. He exemplified devotion as a husband, father, and grandfather, leaving behind a legacy of love and strength.

He is survived by his four loving children: Laura (Homero) Gonzalez, Karla (Eluterio) Torres, Alejandra Ramirez, and Jose Luis Ramirez Jr.; and his adoring grandchildren: Andrew, Homero III, Madeline, Joshua, Alexsyss, Charlie, Hannah, Jose Luis III, Vivian, and Rebecca. He also leaves behind his siblings and numerous nieces and nephews who held a special place in his heart. He now reunites in heaven with his beloved wife, Ana Laura Ramirez, and is embraced by his parents, Jose Guillermo Ramirez and Teresa de Anda, along with many other relatives who went before him.

Funeral services were held on Monday, June 17, 2024 departing from the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Holy Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Committal services will be held on a later date.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Jose Luis Ramirez Jr., Andrew Torres, Homer Gonzalez, Joshua Gonzalez, Carlos Torres, Carlos Ramirez, Cleo Gomez and Homero Gonzalez.

HONORARY PALLBEARERS: Miguel Leon, Mando Leon, Dio Garcia, Mauricio Quintero, Teo Torres, Hector Koons, Javier Ramirez and Jose "Toño" Galindo.
