JOSE C. LOPEZ
Jose C. Lopez, 89, passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at a local hospital.
Mr. Lopez was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a life long resident.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Juana L. Lopez.
Brother, Carlos Lopez.
Sister, Candelaria Lopez and g
randdaughter, Juanita Guerra.
He is survived by his loving wife, Inez M. Lopez.
Children, Jose (Rosario) Lopez Jr., Gilberto (Araceli) Lopez and Leonor (Leonel) Guerra.
Grandchildren, Jose Lopez III, Javier Lopez, Gilberto Lopez Jr., Raquel Verduzco, Griselda Herrera, Cristina Guerra and great grandchildren.
Sisters, Juana Garza and Francisca Lopez.
Also surviving him are numerous other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral Services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2016 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at San Agustin Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
