JOSE MEDINA JR. Jose Medina Jr., was called by his Lord on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at the age of 72. Mr. Medina was the proud owner and manager of Medina's Tire and muffler shop in Laredo, Texas since 1980. He became a local fixture around Laredo and providing his services throught the surrounding areas. His legacy will live on . He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Medina, and Maria Isabel Ramos Medina. By Brothers, Mario Antonio Medina and Francisco Javier Medina He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years of marriage, Odilia C. Medina. Sons and Daughters, Odilia Medina, Laura Medina, Cynthia Medina, Jose Juan (Mary) Medina, Claudia (Gerardo) Rocha, Jorge Alberto (Debra) Medina. 16 grand-children and 1 great-grandchild. Sister,Imelda Medina Also surviving him are nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 1, 2013 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral Services will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at San Luis Rey Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
