JOSE ALFREDO PERUSQUIA

Jose Alfredo Perusquia, 56, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

Mr. Perusquia was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a resident of Austin for most of his life.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jesus Perusquia Sr.

Brother, Juan Perusquia.

Nephew, Christopher Berrones.

Father-in-Law, Roberto Vargas.

He is survived by his loving wife, Yolanda Vargas.

Children, Jordan Perusquia, Barbara Algarin and Sergio Algarin.

Mother, Maria M. Perusquia.

Siblings, Sylvia (Arturo) Botello, Diana Berrones, Jesus (Diana) Perusquia Jr., Javier Perusquia and Ricardo (Larissa) Perusquia.

Also surviving him are numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Holy Mass was celebrated at Christ the King Catholic Church. Committal Services and interment followed at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Ricardo Perusquia Jr., Erik Daniel Perusquia, Sergio Algarin, Gustavo Inocencio, Gerardo Botello, Julian Guien, Stephen Taylor and Raymond Berrones.
