Jose Zamora's Obituary
JOSE ZAMORA
Jose Zamora, 82, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2017, at a local hospital.
Mr. Zamora was born in Laredo, Texas and had lived in Kokomo, IN, then later moved to Laredo, in 1978, where he remained until his passing.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Julian and Maria De Jesus Zamora.
Sister, Margarita Z. Torivio.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 64 years of marriage, Maria Magdalena Zamora.
Children, Griselda Zamora Dominguez, Jose (Emily grace) Zamora, Juan Zamora, Martin Julian Zamora, Reyna Chavarria, Lydia Margarita (Rosa) Zamora, Apolonio Zamora and Jesus (Patricia) Zamora.
19 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Brother, Ramon (Tita) Zamora.
Sister, Guadalupe Zamora and Martina Zamora.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held on Monday, November 13, 2017 departing from the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Holy Mass was celebrated at Nuestra Señora Del Rosario Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
PALLBEARERS WERE: Juan T. Zamora, Jose Zamora Jr., Jesus Zamora, Apolonio Zamora, Monserrath Garcia, Alexia Zamora, Johnathan Zamora and Marie Leija.
