Josefina C. Sanchez
Josefina C. Sanchez, 78, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025 in Laredo, Texas.
Mrs. Sanchez was a lifelong resident of Laredo, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her husband Pablo Sanchez and by her parents, Manuel and Pascuala Collazo.
Sisters, Berta Collazo and Maria De Jesus Bernal.
Brothers, Manuel Collazo Jr. and Antonio Collazo
Uncles, Joe Nazario Barbosa, Margarito Barboza and Jose Juan Barboza.
Aunt, Miss Francisca Barbosa and Hilda H. Barboza.
Brothers-in-Law, Felipe De Jesus Zepeda and Jose Fortunato Bernal.
Nephew: Hector Rogelio Zepeda.
She is survived by her sisters, Estela Collazo and Alma Rosa C. Zepeda.
Nephews and nieces, Jose Alberto (Mary) Bernal, Maria Felicitas (Juan) Rodriguez, Rogelio (Rhonda) Bernal, Sylvia Casarez, Juan (Susan) Bernal, Andre (Lolita) Collazo, Jorge (Wendy) Collazo, Audrey (Saulo) Pedroza, Jose Manuel (Norma) Guerrero and Felipe de Jesus (Luz) Zepeda Jr., and a special Thank you to nephew Jose De Jesus (Laura) Collazo.

Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Mrs. Sanchez's family would like to extend a special "Thank You" to her Lifetime Caretakers, Julia Cortez, Patty Ochoa Alcaraz, Yesenia Galvez, Linda De La Rosa, Zoe Collazo and Santiago Cortez and her Home Health First Aide Nurse's Alma and Yvette for all of the special care they provided.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be officiated at 6:30 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel on Friday morning, August 22, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church. Committal services will be held on a later date.
