JUAN M. IBARRA Juan M. Ibarra, 60, passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at a local hospital. Mr. Ibarra was born and had been a life long resident of Laredo, Texas. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Eustolia Garza and by his Step-Father, Alvaro Garza. He is survived by his loving wife, Elena Murillo Ibarra. Children, Sonia Ibarra, Juan Manuel (Nancy) Ibarra, Jr., Adan Puckett, Andres (Cristina) Ibarra, Miguel Antonio (Leslie) Ibarra and Maria (Jose Cegueda) Ibarra. Brother, Abdon Ibarra, Jr. Also surviving him are numerous grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 13, 2014 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, July 14, 2014 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Laredo City Cemetery.
